If you already have a PLR account: no worries — your account can still be reviewed and upgraded after manual verification, especially if the email you submitted in the upgrade/payment form matches your PLR account email.

If you do not have a PLR account yet, please create a free trial account using the same email you submitted in the upgrade/payment form. This allows us to locate your account and manually apply the upgrade after verification.

PLAN CHANGE OR PRORATION?

Already on a paid plan and upgrading higher?

If you currently have an active Core plan, monthly plan, or another paid access level and you are upgrading to a higher plan, any possible prorating, crediting, or adjustment is reviewed manually and is not applied automatically.

To avoid delays, please submit a proration or plan-change note through the Help Center and include your PLR account email, current plan, target upgrade plan, and payment details.

Here is the usual flow after submitting your upgrade request. In the meantime, you may continue using the tools and resources available under your current PLR access for as long as your account or free trial remains active.

Your PLR account is updated to the appropriate membership access level once verified.
