HELP LIBRARY

Check common questions before sending a request. Many account, access, content, and platform concerns can be resolved quickly here.

01

Account & Login

I cannot log in. What should I do first?
First, check that you are using the correct email address and password. If the issue continues, try resetting your password. If you are still unable to log in, submit a bug report and include your account email, device, browser, and any error message shown.
Why can I log in but still cannot access some pages?
Some pages may require a specific membership level. Please make sure you are logged in using the account connected to your active membership. If you recently upgraded, refresh the page or log out and log back in.
What should I include when reporting an access problem?
Please include your account email, membership type, page URL, screenshot if available, and a short description of what happens when you try to access the page.
02

Membership & Billing

What is the difference between Free, Core, and Premium access?
Free access is intended as a light entry point. Core and Premium provide more structured access depending on the tools, materials, and features included in the selected plan. Premium is designed for users who want the fuller PLR study companion experience.
I upgraded, but my access did not update immediately. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache, or logging out and logging back in. If access still does not update, send a support request with your account email, selected plan, and payment or confirmation details if available.
How do I request help with a membership concern?
Use the Help Center request form and choose the category related to membership, billing, or access. Please avoid posting private payment information publicly in Discord.
03

Premium Case Digests

Why do I see a Premium access notice on a case digest?
A Premium access notice means the curated digest section is restricted to eligible Premium users. Make sure you are logged in using the correct Premium account.
Can I request a case digest?
Yes. Use the Content Request template and include the case title, subject, purpose, and any available source or citation. Requests may be prioritized based on Bar relevance, demand, and editorial availability.
Are all case posts guaranteed to have curated Premium digests?
Not necessarily. Some posts may be resource pages, source materials, or works in progress. Curated digest coverage may be expanded over time based on priority and editorial review.
05

Study Tracker / Pomodoro

Why is my timer or study session not updating?
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and make sure you are logged in. If you are using multiple tabs, allow the active tab to finish syncing before switching devices or sessions.
Can I use the Study Tracker on multiple devices?
Multi-device use may depend on the current tracker setup and syncing behavior. If you notice conflicting timer states, use one active device or tab for the main session and report any inconsistent behavior.
What should I include in a Study Tracker bug report?
Include the subject selected, approximate time of the session, device, browser, whether multiple tabs were open, and a screenshot of the tracker if possible.
06

Smart Assessment Portal / Quizzes

What should I do if my quiz answer does not save?
Avoid closing the page immediately. Check your connection, wait briefly, and try again. If the issue continues, report the quiz title, time, device, browser, and what happened before the answer failed to save.
Why are some quiz or spaced repetition features locked?
Some assessment features may be tied to membership level or future rollout settings. If you believe you should have access, submit an access report with your account email and membership type.
Can I report a wrong quiz answer or explanation?
Yes. Submit a content correction request and include the question, answer choices, your concern, and any legal basis or source that supports the correction.
07

Bookmarks & Saved Items

Why are my bookmarks not appearing?
Make sure you are logged in using the same account that created the bookmarks. Refresh the page and check whether the saved item appears in the bookmarks manager or related dashboard area.
What is the difference between bookmarking and starring?
Bookmarking generally saves multiple items for later review. Starring may be used to highlight a primary or especially important item, depending on how the feature is implemented on the page.
Can I request bookmark improvements?
Yes. Use the Feature Request template and explain what saved-item workflow would help you study more efficiently.
08

Discord Community

Can free users join the PLR Discord community?
Yes. Free users may join the general PLR Discord community. Premium-only spaces are handled separately through manual verification.
How does Premium Discord access work?
Premium Discord access is manually verified for now. After joining the server, Premium users may request access. The team may check the user’s active membership status before assigning the appropriate premium role.
Should I use Discord or the Help Center form?
Use Discord for urgent or quick concerns. Use the Help Center form for detailed bug reports, feature requests, content requests, screenshots, and page-specific technical concerns.
09

Bug Reports & Technical Issues

What is the best way to report a bug?
Please include the page URL, your device, browser, what happened, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if available. This makes it much easier to reproduce and fix the issue.
Should I include screenshots?
Yes, if possible. Screenshots are especially helpful for layout issues, missing buttons, access notices, broken pages, or confusing error messages.
What should I try before reporting a loading issue?
Refresh the page, check your internet connection, try another browser if available, and make sure you are logged in. If the issue continues, send a report with details.
10

Feature & Content Requests

Will every feature request be implemented?
Not every request can be implemented immediately, but useful requests help us understand what Bar reviewees and legal learners actually need. Requests are prioritized based on usefulness, feasibility, Bar-review value, and platform stability.
How should I write a good feature request?
Explain the problem, the suggested solution, where the feature should appear, and why it would help with study consistency, organization, accountability, or review efficiency.
How are content requests prioritized?
Content requests may be prioritized based on Bar relevance, user demand, subject coverage, source availability, and editorial time.
